Who we are

Mobile Minnow ("we," "us," or "our") is a live-bait hauling business based at 4377 US-70, Lonoke, AR 72086. This page describes what information we collect when you visit mobileminnow.com or submit a form, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact or order form, we collect the information you provide — name, business name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request. We also log the IP address of the device that submitted the form, and the date and time of submission, to help us prevent spam and abuse.

When you browse the site, and only if you have allowed analytics (see Cookies below), we collect aggregate usage data through Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, time on page, approximate location (country/region), device type, and referring website. IP anonymization is enabled. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies. The site implements Google Consent Mode v2, which means analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you tell us otherwise through the banner that appears on your first visit. Nothing analytics- or marketing-related is set without your permission.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• __Host-mm_csrf — a random token that protects our contact and order forms against cross-site request forgery. No personal data. Expires after 24 hours. Blocking this cookie will prevent the forms from working.
• mm_consent — remembers the consent choices you made in the banner so we don't ask again. Stores only which categories you allowed (necessary / analytics / marketing) and a version tag. No personal data. Expires after 365 days. First-party, SameSite=Lax, Secure.

Analytics (off unless you accept)

• _ga, _ga_G-V0BCHR6FGN — Google Analytics 4 cookies used to measure site usage in aggregate. Set by Google only after you accept the analytics category. Expires after up to 2 years.

Marketing (off unless you accept)

Reserved. Mobile Minnow does not currently run advertising or remarketing, and no marketing cookies are set today. If we add them in the future, your saved preference applies automatically — you will not need to change your settings.

Changing your preferences

Click Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page to review or change your choices at any time. Your new selection takes effect immediately — accepted categories are enabled, and any declined category's cookies are cleared on the next page load.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule delivery routes, and communicate with you about your order. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How we store and protect your information

Form submissions are stored in a MySQL database hosted by Hostinger and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to the owners of Mobile Minnow. IP addresses collected for abuse prevention are automatically purged after 90 days. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, but no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site:

• Hostinger — website hosting and database storage.
• Google Analytics — anonymized traffic analytics.
• Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the site.

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your choices

Change your cookie preferences. Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page. You can also opt out of Google Analytics site-wide by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Correct or delete your data. If you would like us to correct or delete information you have submitted through one of our forms, email info@mobileminnow.com and we will take care of it within a reasonable time.

Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals independently; our banner and the Cookie Settings link are the authoritative way to manage your preferences here.

Children

Mobile Minnow is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify customers of record.
